Matt has been with Elders since 2005, beginning as a Livestock Trainee and working all the way up to being the State Livestock Manager for Victoria and the Riverina.
Born and bred in Jerilderie, Matt grew up on a family irrigation property producing prime lambs, beef cattle, rice and winter cereals.
Severe drought and a passion for livestock led him to apply for an Elders traineeship and he commenced as a trainee with Elders in January 2005 in Wagga Wagga.
After moving through a number of different livestock roles, Matt moved into the State Livestock Manager role in 2020. His focus is growing the business presence throughout the state with the highly regarded Elders network, this task is enabled through focusing on our people and our clients and customers.
