Michelle Towers

Michelle commenced with Elders in 2025 and is Elders’ Technical Services Manager for the Southern Region, supporting agronomists across South Australia, Victoria, the Riverina and Tasmania. She is based at Eldrs Shepparton.

Growing up without a farming background, Michelle developed an interest in agriculture during high school, which led her to study rural science and begin her career in agricultural research. She later moved into agronomy, where she spent nearly a decade building experience across pome and stone fruit production while working closely with growers.

Michelle is passionate about supporting agronomists and helping deliver practical outcomes for clients. Her role includes providing technical support, coordinating training, running field days, and exploring new technologies that support productivity and decision making across horticulture systems.
