Chelsea Westlake

Chelsea commenced with Elders in 2025 and works at Elders Wudinna as the Real Estate Sales Support Officer.

Before joining Elders, Chelsea worked in her family business, where she developed strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of providing exceptional customer service.

Chelsea enjoys being part of the close-knit team at Elders and supporting the day-to-day operations of the real estate department. In her role, she manages sales administration and takes pride in ensuring everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. Her exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work efficiently make her a valuable member of the team.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and keeping up with her daughters' many hobbies and activities. She also loves travelling, catching up with friends and family, and dabbles in racehorse ownership.
