Gatsby [saxon x valor] is a commercial, PBR certified, early-season, main crop seed potato variety with good yields of bold, even sized, white skin tubers, suitable for the fresh market.  

With its bright white skin and cream flesh-coloured potatoes, Gatsby is good enough to display as a washed product and ideal for baking.
