Wayne Shawcross

Wayne began his career with Elders in May 1996 in a rural products sales role at the Robinvale branch before commencing in his current role as Branch Manager, April 2004. 

During his time at Elders, Wayne has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of the table grape production industry. Elders Robinvale can assist all inputs and other requirements. 

Many clients that walk through the branch doors have been in the industry for their entire lives and Wayne knows them personally. Because of these personal relationships, Wayne enjoys being able to support and watch his client’s business prosper, as he does with the industry as a whole. 

Wayne, his team and their clients partner together to endure the tough times and enjoy the good times. In 2022, Elders Robinvale was nominated for the Elders branch of the year and Wayne is proud to work alongside such an incredible team.

Away from Elders, Wayne has a strong sense of community, being involved with various sports clubs. He will barrack for any sport, as long as it’s Australia - cicket being his favourite. You can also find him watching the mighty “pies”, spending time with his family, fishing or in his veggie garden.
