Paul Wortley

Paul is an Agronomist who started with Elders Rockhampton in January 2023. He has over 30 years experience, across a range of agronomic sectors. 

Arriving in Australia in 2004 with a 10-year background in viticulture (dried, wine and fresh fruit), Paul has a passion for soil health and experience in animal nutrition, cropping and biological pest control. 

He has worked in management within agronomic related roles in Queensland and New South Wales, as a corporate broadacre agronomist and in horticultural enterprises before taking his current role. 

Having been a property and business owner, Paul finds a natural synergy between management and agronomy. He enjoys the exciting challenges and rewards of being able help clients in a diverse agricultural community.
