Tania loves being part of an incredible team. The level of comradery among the Elders team is very heart-warming and when this is combined with being in a role that you are passionate about with wonderful clients, Tania feels it makes coming to work every day super easy.
In her spare time, Tania enjoys attending horse events, camp drafting and barrel races as well as reading a good book on a rare occasion.
