Last week, Elders Moora welcomed clients, staff from neighbouring branches, and industry representatives to celebrate the official opening of their upgraded branch.

Guests explored the new facilities while enjoying beef and gravy rolls and drinks on Thursday evening.
The event featured speeches from WA State General Manager Matt Ericsson, Branch Manager Chris Vanzetti, Insurance Agent David Stribley, and Deputy Shire President Steve Gilbert.
Branch Manager Chris Vanzetti opened the evening by thanking everyone for their support.
“From Wubin and Watheroo in the north, to Wannamal in the south, Pithara in the east, and the Pinnacles to the west, and with clients out of Newman and Marble Bar in the state’s northwest, we appreciate your support tonight to celebrate this special occasion,” Chris said.
“We invite you to eat, drink, and take a wander through our lovely new building and enjoy what we have that we’re so grateful for.”
Matt Ericsson spoke about Elders’ long-term commitment to regional investment.
“It’s a great privilege to stand here tonight as we open our fantastic new Moora branch. Elders has been a part of rural communities across Australia for over 185 years, and we’re very proud of our history,” he said.
“Our investment in Moora is an example of our commitment at a time when banks are pulling out of regional towns. We’re continuing to invest in rural communities, and this is a clear example of that.”
Moora is part of Elders’ broader investment in regional WA. Just last week, the upgraded Corrigin branch was officially opened, joining a series of new builds completed in the past two years, including Muchea, Beverley, Pingelly, and Elders Wool in Rockingham.
New builds are also in the pipeline for Cranbrook, Northam, Dalwallinu, and Quairading, supporting Elders' ongoing expansion in regional areas.
Matt also took the opportunity to acknowledge Chris Vanzetti’s dedication, presenting him with a five-year service award.
“Chris is very proud of the business he runs. He’s client-focused and lives and breathes the Elders values of teamwork, integrity, and accountability” he said.
“We’re glad you’re on our team, mate.”
On the night, David Stribley reflected on Elders’ deep roots in Moora, while Deputy Shire President Steve Gilbert acknowledged the company’s investment in the town and its future.
