Fantastic turn out for grand opening of Elders Lismore

Elders Lismore celebrated its official grand opening event last weekend, after a soft opening in February.

The grand opening event was well-attended by clients, suppliers, and Elders staff, with the ribbon cut by Elders NSW State General Manager Ryan Robinson and Lismore Branch Manager Mat Duley on Saturday morning.

Lismore Branch Manager Mat Duley said the team was delighted with the turn out at the event.

“We're really pleased with the support we've had from our customers and the Lismore agricultural community as a whole,” he said.

“We look forward to continuing to grow our presence on the North Coast, with some exciting new opportunities to come."

The Lismore branch is focussed predominantly on the supply of rural products, and also provides agronomy services to local growers.

The branch staff are grateful for the support from the surrounding community. They were impressed by the turn out at the grand opening, saying it was fantastic to see so many supporters come along from the local community.

They were also extremely appreciative of the support received from the Elders NSW team, and thank their key suppliers for giving up their Saturday mornings to attend.

The Northern Rivers community around Lismore has a large and passionate farming community with enterprises ranging from beef and dairy cattle, avocados, macadamias, bananas, berries, sugar cane and tea tree enterprises.

The opening event caps off a successful expansion into the North Coast for the Elders NSW team, after new branches were officially opened at Coffs Harbour and Kempsey in March.

New NSW additions Emms Mooney Real Estate & Livestock, Coonabarabran & Baradine Rural Supplies and Attenborough Fertiliser have also joined the Elders team in the past 12 months.
