Bridget Smith

Bridget commenced with Elders in 2024 as part of the Graduate Agronomy Program. She is based at Elders Merredin. 

Bridget previously worked for CBH Group where she was responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with Western Australian grain marketing consultants on behalf of CBH Marketing and Trading.

Since beginning her Degree in Agriculture at UWA, Bridget has seen agronomy as a natural interest and progression after graduation. Bridget felt that Elders is a company with an incredible reputation in Australian agriculture, where she knew she would be provided with the best tools and support available to develop and thrive in the industry. After hearing great feedback from her peers who have been involved in the Elders Graduate Program, she was motivated to apply.
