Theo commenced with Esperance Rural Supplies in 2008 and is an Agronomist specialising in Broadacre cropping. He can assist in all area ranging from canola, wheat and barley to lupins, fetch and pasture.
He has over 30 years experience as an agronomist in a variety of roles, both throughout Western Australia and overseas.
Theo estimates that around 30 per cent of his client base in next-generation farmers. He gets a real buzz when they ring for advice "from an oldie". He still enjoys growing pastures and new species, but, acknowledges the Esperance area is slowly reducing in size as continuous cropping gathers momentum.
In his spare time Theo looks after his own properties; 1080ha over two locations. They grow canola, barley, beef cattle and fat lambs. He also enjoys cycling with the local Cycle Club.
