Penny commenced with Elders in 1978 and is a Sales Support Office based at Elders Mortlake.
She has extensive customer service experience in the agricultural industry, beginning her career at the age of 19 and serving across both Elders Ballarat and Mortlake branches.
Penny has recieved customer service awards during her tenure with Elders, including the Elders Customer Service Excellence Award in 2005 and the Rural Bank Display award in 2016.
In her spare time, Penny enjoys spending time with family and friends, pilates. gardening and visit aged care residents.
