Madison (Madi) commenced with Elders in 2022 and is a Wool Agent/ District Wool Manger based at Elders Bairnsdale. She holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and a Bachelor of Commerce, is a qualified wool classer and an Elders Livestock Production Advisor.
Madi was first introduced to the wool industry through contacts made at university. She begun working on show floors, conducting auction admin duties and classing/pressing bulk bales. From there she worked her way to a position as a wool buyer, buying room two wools out of Melbourne weekly.
When a position opened for a wool agent at Elders Bairnsdale she jumped on the opportunity. She loves being on the road, visiting clients and building lasting relationships. Madi is passionate about wools sustainable and ethical qualities, and as proud to be involved in telling the story.
In her spare time, Madi enjoys playing netball, riding her horses and spending time in the garden. She also stays busy working on projects on her own small sheep and cattle farm.
