Robby Farrell

Robby commenced with Elders in 2021 and is a Wool Agent/ District Wool Manager based at Elders Mount Gambier. He also supports wool producers in the Millicent region.

Robby's journey in the wool industry started at a young age, growing up on sheep stations. This fostered a deep-rooted passion that has carried into his professional career that now spans four decades.

Beginning as a Jackaroo in Tasmania, Robby's diverse background includes work as a farmhand and with a fencing contractor, ultimately leading him to become a skilled wool classer after acquiring his stencil from Marlston in 1983-84. With roles at Grazcos shearing and in private wool buying, Robby has accrued a wealth of knowledge and experience he now leverages to excel in serving his clients. His skills include:

• advising clients on preparing their wool clip for sale
• assisting with ram selection
• flock classing
• shearing preparation.
  

He strives to simplify the process and ensure the best outcomes for his clients. Robby finds immense satisfaction in his role, where he can engage in meaningful client interactions, provide exceptional service, and foster lasting relationships.
