Joseph (Joe) commenced with Elders in 2025 and is the Carbon Farming Project Manager based in Adelaide. He leads the strategic development of Elders Carbon Farming services for producers including wholly farmer-owned ACCU scheme carbon projects and GHG emissions assessment products.
Prior to joining Elders, Joe’s previous roles include extensive experience as a Senior Agronomist, Carbon Service Provider business owner, and Product Development specialist - blending a skill set in practical and innovative solution development. He holds an RSP Soil Science Australia, and formal qualifications in AgScience (Viticulture) and Industrial Design.
Joe is an active contributor to emerging insetting initiatives and advocating for action-orientated sustainably frameworks. He is passionate about the role Australian agriculture can play in leading the world stage on sustainable farm best practice and climate resilience in the face of change.
He is motivated by the importance of problem-solution fit which delivers practical implementation options for Australia’s Ag businesses, so they are resilient, profitable, and well-positioned to transition to a future low carbon commodity market.
