Jessica commenced with Elders in 2022 and is the Sustainability Manager based at Elders Adelaide.
Jessica has 10 years of experience across the agriculture, water, infrastructure, and education sectors, delivering outcomes that support long-term resilience and responsible growth.
Prior to joining the Sustainability team in 2025, Jessica worked as the Corporate Insurance and Risk Manager. She led global insurance negotiations, coordinated recovery from natural disasters, and advised major projects and acquisitions on key exposures, including climate risk. She is also experienced in project and risk management, strategic planning, negotiation, and change management.
Motivated by a desire to help businesses prepare for and adapt to disruption, Jessica now applies this experience to shape resilient, future-focused strategies.
