Nirav commenced with Elders in 2024 as part of the Graduate agronomy Program. After a stint at Elders Lismore, he is now based at Elders Biloela.
Nirav graduated with a dual degree in Agribusiness and Agricultural Science from University of Queensland, Gatton in 2022 and completed his honours project in herbicide resistance in November 2023. He felt the Elders Graduate program will provide and build upon skills he already acquired through his years of study, while extending the vital practical experience and opportunities to attain new abilities via working in different agricultural systems.
