Welcome to 2024 Q3 Rural Property Update
The results for this quarter showed areas that experienced a decline in values in the first half of the year are reverting to the average annual growth rates.
Most states experienced an increase in values except for South Australia, where seasonal conditions have impacted values and the number of properties on the market. This is not surprising as vendors are reluctant to list property in abnormally dry conditions. Victorian and Tasmanian values have improved and there has been a lift in the volume of sales for this region, although still lower than normal.
