Baltic Fire (inara x 379 217-02) is a PBR certified, commercial seed potato suitable for the fresh market. Its bright deep red skin makes it attractive washed product for display. 

An early crop season variety, Baltic Fire gives commercial growers medium yields of shallow -eyed, even oval-shaped potatoes with deep red skin and firm, yellow flesh.
