Molly commenced with Elders as a graduate agronomist, working as a broadacre agronomist.
As part of Elders Graduate Agronomy Program, Molly was exposed to other areas of agronomy and quickly fell in love with horticulture.
She is now based at Elders Robinvale working alongside growers to boost the productivity of table grape, citrus, and avocado crops.
Molly loves working closely with growers, and seeing their whole year through to the end of the production year.
