Grace commenced with Elders in 2024 as part of the Graduate Agronomy Program. She is based at Elders Miles. She holds a dual degree, a Bachelor in Ag Science and a Bachelor in Agribusiness.
Grace joins Elders from Crop Wise where she assisted the local agronomist with soil testing, nutrient planning, bug checking and drawing up chemical recommendations in and around the Mackay and Whitsunday region. She also assisted with customer service in the rural merchandise side of the company.
Grace applied for the Graduate program at Elders to grow the foundational knowledge she learnt in her degrees. She is keen to have her boots on the ground learning the real-world applications and growing her learning in a supportive environment.
