Montana is a part of the Graduate Agronomy Program and is based in Elders Young.
Prior to joining the Graduate Agronomy Program, Montana worked at Elders as a Farm and Rural Products Specialist in the Cowra branch. Prior to this she held Field Assistant roles in Barham and Cobar.
She has also studied a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management. After starting her previous position with Elders she realised her passion to become an agronomist and identified her knowledge working as a sales rep will be a helpful crossover into agronomy as well.
